Ultimate collection? Not even close. (Though Punisher and Crow are the only ones I would enjoy)
I only wish the Internet was around in the 1940′s so we could have been told “no one will buy a comic book about superheroes”, or the 1960′s “no one will buy a comic book about a guy with bug powers”, or (widely available in) the 1980′s “no one will buy a comic book with a naked blue guy in it.
